Why you have allergy?
The source of allergies varies from person to person. But usually comes from food, environment and contact are the three major allergens. When the body comes into contact with allergic substances, the human immune system, and immune cells will a large number of specific immunoglobulins (Specific IgE) for this type of allergen.

Common allergens can be divided into two categories
Food allergens
Including fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood as well as protein-containing nuts (e.g. peanuts)
Environmental factors
Such as dust mites, pollen, mold, etc., causing vasomotor rhinitis or viral infection
Food
Healthy food such as eggs, milk, nuts, seafood, beef, orange, banana, etc., can be potential allergens. Food allergic individuals may experience chronic reactions such as itchy skin and eczema
after eating food allergens. They may even have acute reactions such as dyspnea, low blood pressure and severe itching, etc.
Pollen
Pollen is one of the major inhaled allergens. There are more than 10

Allergic reactions can range from mild to severe
